Managing Your Subscription
Managing Your Subscription
ClipsMate offers flexible subscription plans designed for individuals, teams, and enterprises. This guide explains how to view, change, and manage your subscription.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Navigate to Settings > Subscription to see your current plan details, including:
- Plan name and tier (Starter, Professional, Business, or Enterprise).
- Monthly render credit quota and current usage.
- Billing cycle dates and next payment amount.
- Payment method on file.
Plan Tiers
ClipsMate offers four tiers:
- Starter — 10 renders/month, 720p resolution, 1 Brand Kit, basic templates. Ideal for trying the platform.
- Professional — 50 renders/month, 1080p resolution, 3 Brand Kits, all templates, AI voiceover, auto captions. Best for individual creators.
- Business — 200 renders/month, 4K resolution, unlimited Brand Kits, voice cloning, team management (up to 10 members), priority rendering. Built for teams.
- Enterprise — custom render limits, dedicated support, SLA, SSO, custom integrations, and API access. Contact sales for pricing.
Upgrading Your Plan
Click "Upgrade" on the subscription page. Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
Click "Change Plan" and select a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period to ensure you retain access to features for the time you have already paid. Any unused render credits do not roll over.
Render Credit Add-Ons
If you run out of render credits before your cycle resets, you can purchase add-on packs:
- 10 additional renders — one-time purchase.
- 25 additional renders — one-time purchase.
- 50 additional renders — one-time purchase.
Add-on credits expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not auto-renew.
Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel, go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your videos and assets remain in your account for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can resubscribe to regain full access.
Invoices and Receipts
All invoices are available under Settings > Billing History. Click any invoice to download a PDF. If you need to update your billing details or tax information, click "Edit Billing Info."
Choose the plan that matches your production volume, and scale up as your video needs grow.
